First flush the collector to be examined to empty it till all fluorescence has disappeared/ and empty it completely of all fluorescence, then occlude it proximally by applying a vertical force with a small surface of your finger. pusch back the lymph. if the fluorescence returns down the lymphatic collector , this indicates a valvular incontinence.
