1110 FGMLD Fill maneuver efficiency
The “Fill” maneuver aims to force fluid and ICG from the interstitium into the initial lymphatic network. This maneuver is a short rolling and stretching movement, achieved by applying perpendicular and tangential forces on the skin in order to produce the correct pressure. It is performed with the thumb and not with the whole hand. It is repeated four consecutive times pushing the fluid proximally from the injection point.
